By Jaiprime Research Desk · Reviewed by Rishabh GargUpdated Before paying for a plot in Jaipur, check the patta type, the 90-A conversion order, the approved layout, the master plan land use, RERA registration for projects, the jamabandi, the chain of title, encumbrances, every co-owner's identity, the DLC rate, the plot on the ground, and that all dues are paid.
The first three checks (title type, conversion, layout) can end a deal on their own, so do them before you spend time or money on the rest. Title, records and encumbrances come next. Measurement, dues and IDs come last, just before the agreement.
