Why Jaiprime exists

Jaipur is mostly a land market. One October 2026 market analysis estimated that roughly two-thirds of what changes hands here is land: JDA colony plots, khatedari land waiting for conversion, and houses built on both. In a land market the biggest risk is not the price. It is the paper.

We have seen families pay for plots in colonies that were never converted from agricultural land, and investors buy on the promise of a road that had not broken ground. In February 2026 the Jaipur Development Authority demolished roads and boundary walls in unapproved colonies on Kalwar Road and near Bassi. Jaiprime was set up to stop that happening to our clients.

What we do

• Buy: residential and commercial plots, farmland and farmhouses, flats and villas, shops and showrooms, industrial plots.
• Sell: we check your documents first, price against real closing rates and bring buyers who are ready.
• Verify: a paid or free document check on a property you found yourself.
• NRI desk: video site visits, document checks and registration by power of attorney.
• Registry support: draft review, stamp duty, e-Panjiyan appointment and mutation.

How we work

1. We listen first. Budget, area, timeline and what the land is for.
2. We verify before we show. The patta, the conversion order, the layout, RERA and the land records.
3. We show you the land and the papers together. Every site visit comes with the documents.
4. We put everything in writing. Brokerage, timelines and what we have and have not checked.

Our standards

• We never list a plot we have not checked.
• We never quote a price we cannot show evidence for.
• We say “we don’t know” when we don’t, and find out.
• For projects that must be registered with RERA Rajasthan, we check the registration before we list them.
